Do you take custom orders or colour requests?Yes, we love making custom pieces! Please contact us on Instagram DM to discuss colours, sizes and strap lengths.
How do I clean my Ziggy bag?We highly recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For a deeper clean, gently hand wash in cold water, reshape the bag, and lay it flat to dry. Never wring it out or put it in a tumble dryer.
What is your return policy?Because every single bag is meticulously made by hand, we do not offer standard returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.
